I know that I am going to screw myself over for giving this advice.  If you are going to use this deck for your Arena deck, you may want to swap out one or both of the SL.  The AI doesn't really use it on the opponent, only on the opponent's creatures.  (At least from my experience testing out my areana decks.)

I usually include a Nightmare (which is tough because there are many decks that have Sanctuary, and also the AI likes to use it on creatures too). And a Poison is also a good card  to get that last hp off the opponent.

Any others?

They should make this card like others in the Death category.  When it gets rewound it should turn into a random dragon.

I know it is rare. but one gravity shield and this deck is toast.

I really like this deck.

I added sundials to help stall (to give more turns for the SoV to work) and give a chance for the opponent to add more creatures in between SoSa (for a better chance for EM).  It seems, to me, to have a better win rate (although, I have no definitive proof) and an EM almost every time.

Although it makes the deck 35 cards, you will sometimes have a :light to draw another card.  But, this also takes it out of Duo-Decks  and brings it into Trio & Quartet.

I have one Long Sword, one Nightmare, and one Siphon Life, for the finishing blow depending on what the opponent has for defense.

Trio & Quartet / Re: Patient Physalia [Aether/Water/Death/Other] [AI3]

I think I'd use less inundations, maybe 2 or 3
I think that is a great suggestion.  I would like to actually get rid of the SoSe once I get enough SoPs.  I think the deck actually works best like this:

with all the ? ? ? being SoP

Trio & Quartet / Patient Physalia [Aether/Water/Death/Other] [AI3]
« on: January 11, 2012, 05:33:24 pm »
I am still playing with the new shard cards that I have been winning.  I finally got three SoP, so I thought I would try to create a deck with it.  I have been playing this in the trainer (since I don't have all these cards upped yet) against AI3.

Version 1:

Deck import code : [Select]
71u 71u 71u 71u 72i 72i 72i 72i 7gl 7gl 7gl 7gl 7gl 7gl 7h1 7h1 7h1 7h1 7hi 7hi 7hi 80i 80i 80i 81q 81q 81q 81q 81q 81q 8pp

Version 2:

Deck import code : [Select]
71u 71u 71u 71u 72i 72i 72i 72i 72i 7gk 7gk 7gk 7gk 7gk 7gl 7gl 7gl 7gl 7gl 7gl 7h1 7h1 7h1 7h1 7hi 7hi 7hi 80i 80i 80i 8pu

3 of the ? ? ? are SoP the other 4 are SoSe.

So, the mechanics of the deck should be pretty straight forward.  Play the Physalia.  Fractal when you get enough :aether.  Use the :death for poisoning. Inundation for some protection and increase the effects of SoP.  SoP to increase your damage.  SoSe when you need some healing.

It works well against AI3 (in the trainer) I haven't tried the others yet.  Let me know what you think about the deck's potentials.  Thanks.

Rainbow Decks / Re: Dazzling Dolls [Voodoo OTK]

Doesn't an un-upped Voodoo Doll only have 16 health.  You need the basilisk blood as part of your combo, correct?

Sundials works well because it stops all creatures. Phase Shields would only be an option is your opponent has creatures that do not have momentum.  Otherwise, they still get through and hurt you.

Also, if your Sundial gets stolen (which never really happens, iirc) the stall is still in play.  But if your Phase Shield is stolen, then you lose the protection all together.

(btw, I, too, want to add my thanks for sharing this deck.  I thought that I would do some FG farming again, noticed this deck, and was surprised at how well it works.)

Duo-Decks / Re: Serendipitous Void [Entropy|Darkness|Other][Bronze]
« on: January 03, 2012, 11:23:41 pm »
You could also try having 6 SoV, y SoSe, 6 SN and an improved dusk.
That is a great point. I still need to score two more SoVs to make that happen.  More farming. (Pining for the days of old when farming rares in the T50 was so much easier.) But for now, I changed the deck to this:

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
6rn 6rn 6rn 6rn 6ru 6ru 6ru 6ru 6s1 6s1 6s1 6s1 6s1 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6ve 6ve 6ve 6ve 6ve 6ve 7t8 7t9 7t9 7tc 7tc 8pt

(4 of the ? ? ? are SoV and the other 5 are SoSe)

More stable = more wins!  Thanks Chapuz.

On a side note: I wish the special spins in the bronze were for the old rares (non-upgraded) and silver nabbed you spins for the new rares (non-upgraded)...or something like that.
