only Nova, Fallen Elf, Mutation, Photon, Spark, Parallel Universe, Precognition, Short Sword, Short Bow, Hammer, Dagger are allowed in the tournament????

ragazzi ho bisogno di aiuto, non ci capisco dentro una mazza... non capisco che carte si possono usare nei tornei, come ci si iscrive, quando si svolgono.... non capisco nemmeno cosa posso scrivere e cosa non posso scrivere e dove; ho paura di essere bannato  qualcuno mi potrebbe dare una mano

hi everybody, i'm Tomonekenobi, i'm Italian... excuse my english... it's terrible!
i was introduce to elements bya friend of mine, after a lot of hour playing elements i discovered the forum and the possibility to play tournaments!
i take a look to the tournament section but i don't understand when and how can play tournaments... i need help, can somebody help me?
