my question is.......what about quantum pillars? this card won't help rainbow decks simply because you need the right type of pillar in order to use it. i wonder if hes thinking abot making a quantum nymph of some sort.

well.......it all depends on what zanz wants the game to be played like. for example, if this card (or cards like it) are added to the game then you would have to think more about wether its better to use your card this turn or risk your opponent destroying it. however the way that the game is now, the focus of strategy is when to play the card in the sense of how badly it would hurt your opponent.

that isn't the point. the point is that god sent his son knowing how much it would hurt him for his son to die. and again, just because god allows bad people die, doesn't mean he enjoys it. "he is unwilling that any should perish" (somewhere in the bible, emphasis added.)

well it wouldn't happen instantaneously sure, but if you were pumped up with adrenialine then you would break ice quicker. after all a faster heart rate also means a higher body temerperature=>ice melts faster.

the first "possiblility" isn't worth responding too. but as for the second. you are trying to judge god according to how humans would act. after all, there are clear examples of god doing something that brought himself great pain but that were better for the human race over all. one major example of that is jesus. as the bible describes it he sent "his son" into the world to literally die. and it wasn't an easy death like by beheading or anything like that. he literally suffocated. very painful. so just because he chooses to not completely eliminate disease does not mean that he enjoys watching people die.

i said the first deck...the one that used shriekers. i never mentioned chargers. and as for it being a speed deck. i don't think so. it is fast but that may not be what the OP was trying to build. and he said that one problem he had was dim. shields. my suggestion would help get rid of them. it all depends on what you are trying to do with the deck. for a ai3 farm deck i would certainly advise getting rid of all the shields and not doin what i suggested. (i would further suggest swithching to the tried and true earth/time deck but the idea is to give suggestions for this deck so...) but if the idea is to build a deck for t50 farming then adding some permanent control is also good.

if i may......
i'm not sure exactly what all changes have been made to the AI programming. but i was watching the thread about it and i remember thinking " dang with these changes the AI will be so much harder to beat" (actually i think someone said that in the thread) so i was thinking about how it would be best to solve that. one part of a good solution is the AI5's i haven't personally challenged them but it seems that that is a good bridge. however if zanz could add in AI7's that would be good. the AI7
s could be "true gods" or something. like sndances story for elements. so you can actually fight those gods.
my last suggestion would be to terrace the AI's so to speak. so that the AI0's are incredibly dumb. AI1's a little smarter and so on and on and on until the fg's are maybe a little smarter than they were. but then the AI7's play as perfectly as can be done.
of course i'm sure that this would require a lot of time but if zanz is getting help from chris then this might be do-able.

maybe for the first one you could change your mark to fire/dark and add some deflagration/steals. it would slow the deck some but it would also give the permanent control.
