In-game Troubleshooting / [PROBLEM] linking account kongregate / elements (main site)

Hi...
I've read several posts on this issu but never found an aswer..
I've linked my kongregate account (which was good with lots of cards, electron etc) with a newly created elements account on the main site.
I've lost my first account and would like to recover the password of this one.
I know this account still exist as i was not able to recreate the same so i just need the password.
I've sent a mail but an automatic answer came back and i know it would take ages and tones of mails to get an answer.
Can someone help me here ?
