Except that it's much easier to do this than figure out how to buff everything else.  Not only that, but once you start buffing things that are 'fine' just to keep up with OP things, you're eventually going to have power creep, which isn't good.
How do you know that is the easiest way to fix SN, and does easiest mean it is the best way?  Punishment as a means of balance seems like a skewered method of correction.

This is such an awful idea to me.   There has to be better ways to balance SN or boost the lack of speed/quanta production for other elements, or even boosting the benefit mono/duo capabilities.  While I do not think Elements should turn into an arms race for speed or QP, there has to other methods then punishing players for using cards.

For example:

As I said about mono/duo combos, makes cards that benefit their strict use rather than being assimilated into utlityknife/ rainbow decks.
The shards are great examples in how to boost a single element.
Strengthen and refine single elements to compete.  Focus on what makes a card strong to their respected element and make it restrictive.
If it is strictly about quanta production, boost other elements QP.

I am going to assume all of this is set in stone already and will happen, so I just wanted to voice an opinion and provide some possible solutions.  I trust and respect the brains behind elements, they have done a lot right, this is just a tiny-bit confusing and concerning (even considering the long debate of SN OP/UP threads).

I like to keep in the PC and CC as stalls/ clutches for my SoSa to take place.

Corri

That does happen, I do get dragons, fractals, Pharaohs, etc. that I cannot play.  I am currently testing a version that produces more quanta and will post result later.

Even with not being able to play all the cards, the win rate is still pretty good.

I always enjoy decks like these that implement a random factor.  Looks like fun, I will give it a try in trainer some time.

Silena

The main reason I chose BS is because of its cost.  BS comes out fast and makes room for SoSa.  I do like Oty, I will give it a try.
Thanks for the suggestion.

Blood sucker because it is cheap and has CC.  The bad thing is how weak it is.

As for getting creatures from SoS, never once been an issue.  In saying that I now know those words will come to haunt me in future battles.

Sorry, no clever name for this one.

? ? ? = Shard of Serendipity

This is the best deck that I have ever put together, and when I say that I do not take credit for making a utility-knife/meta rainbow with SoS in them, I mean that in the sense of my own experience and modification around with the deck.

I use this deck as a lvl 3 grinder primarily and have a nice EM rate with it.  Recently I have been testing it in pvp 2 and in the arena and have surprising success.

The key to this deck is having room for SoS to play, as well as gauging the opponent you are playing.  If you are playing someone conservative hold onto key cards like bolts and explosions and rely on SoS to provide power.  If you have no worries go full blast.

The versatility of this deck is crazy, it takes strong lock downs on quanta or health to provide a threat.  SoS not only helps to support the meta-game of this deck but most times provides overkill.  Those worried about the random factor of SoS need not worry, with 5 SoS you will have more than cards in a pool to work with.

For further tuning you could prob take out the werewolf, a discord, etc. and replace them with a Tower or nova to boost speed or further the utility knife aspect of the deck.  I like it as is personally.

Pros and cons

+Versatility and meta-game  ability is ridiculous.
+Often third or second turn assures a lot of useful cards being played.
+Something important to me is the fun SoS brings to playing this deck.  Seeing it pull combo cards and counter cards is a lot of fun.

-SoS clogging.  There are times you will have 3 or 4 SoS in hand with little quanta production, I am fine with this but I am sure there are others who would tweak this deck for faster or or more effective quanta production.   Both are swell.
-SoS does not always give you what you need or want, but more than not it is clutch.
-Strategic playing is key at times, and it is important to know when.  I do not know if this is so much a con but I could see people getting upset over going full blast and still not winning.
-Not a lot of creatures.

There you have it!  I cannot say much more on how to play this deck due to the random factor other than know who you are playing.  Have fun!

First, great job, this deck is a lot of fun and can create a lock surprisingly fast.  I went 5/1 on this deck for level 3.  4 times with an EM

Would be my recommendation.

I took out two precogs and added two obsidian towers because its is crucial to get out a devourer with mitosis as soon as possible.  The only loss I had was due to not drawing a supernova for a long time.  I found that if you create a substantial quanta lock without the threat of a nova/bolt/cc combo, you can play the druids faster and do more damage faster.

Once again, the lock was surprisingly fats at times, and was very fun to play with.  Congrats on this deck! +1

Here are two screens.
