It's a good list but very opinionated.  What I think you should pick are the rarest card.  For instance you shouldn't pick morning star since it's easy to get later.  Eternity and Pulverizer, as well as being the best cards, are also the rarest.  Go for either of them

And Trident 1 star?  I have big problems with that...

It really depends on the creatures, but 1/3 to a 1/2 is generally a good ratio.  I play about 1/2, since it's good to start with 3+ towers.

Mind Flayer, his ability is excellent and fun in a Rainbow.  Chrysaora is also very good, nice for confusing AI and piling on poison damage,

The staple of a good poison deck, along with an upgraded Arsenic they're deadly.  Very fun to use too.

Murders Queen decks and great in combination with a Bone Wall.  Not fun if an opponent lays a Bone Wall though.

Classic cards, and the staple of many an Aether deck for a while until Rainbow took over.  Too cool not to use regularly still though, this + dimension shield is extremely strong.
