Um, I'm concerned as to why the last post was February 9th.... Did I miss sign ups for underworld?
I can't tell when the auctions are over because there are so many overtimes.

War: Underworld has not started yet, and the auction has not ended
The auction has ended now, so I think Underworld should be open, especially as the timer has started.

Buff This Card! / Re: Spark | Ball Lightning
« on: March 23, 2011, 12:33:23 am »

I'll add in card images soon.

I'm not saying this card is VERY underpowered... I'm just comparing it to gnome rider, damselfly and photon.

Clearly, spark is not a problem.... since it has a very nice damage/cost ratio. However, of the upgraded... ball lightning is the worst -- in 3 turns, damselfly OUTdamages ball lightning AND gives 3  :air. Also, although it is really easy to kill... the opponent has to waste CC on the creature. Maybe the problem isn't ball lightning, but rather the other cards... but I would say something is unbalanced here.

BTW, in a cremation deck, use gnome gemfinders... because of the whole lava golem thing....
I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. How is BL WORSE than Spark? It has a higher damage, and nothing else. Both have the same damage/cost ratio, infinity.

I really hope you're trolling.

Damselfly out damages spark in 2 turns. There is nothing unbalanced, that's how the card is designed, like a quick burst of energy to your opponent.

Pros:
-It's pretty cool that you can switch classes easily. People who have accidentally joined a higher class and as a result not get any bids, can improve their chances of getting a bid from switches classes.
-Everyone can join with no pre-requisites.
-It's WAR, that itself is awesome!

Cons:
-Overtime is taking forever.
-Masters striking deals on bidding a certain person behind everyone's back, alliances, etc. War should be fair, not a maze of agreements and treaties.
-Most new players aren't getting looked upon for bids. There should be more spots per team for players to join. 7 is too little.
But if we added more spots, what would you really use them for? I think 7 is the right amount, the community just has a lot of people aspiring to get in. Which is good, it creates competition.

Overtime 6. It feels like this could go on forever.
That's because it IS going on forever...
Not really. Last War went to Overtime 5.
So that means it already should have ended :P

TOURNAMENT CARD IDEA
-
Curator approval not required
DO NOT MODIFY THIS PART
In the unlikely case your hand is full (from a nightmare/fractal) the card will simply be rewound into your deck (the next one you will draw.
My ideas for this was that it was a small lizard, probably preyed on by lots of other animals, and it looks very vigilant and focused, watching for predators. When it sees one, it will quickly dart away under a small leaf to hide. The most safe place in Elements, is obviously someone's hand.

Don't elves have pointy ears and look kind of cool?

This is more like grumpy gnome squatting in a tree...
Good card though GG.

Read the rules.

Anyways, just make an application and wait for someone to bid on you. But it's too late. Gonna have to wait about another few months...
Where are the rules? (Sorry I'm new to the forum (I've only been on a few months (as in 2))).
It's clearly marked War - Rules  under the War section.

Come on, it's not that hard.
