Deck Help / Trying to build Gravity-Aether deck

I'm trying to build a gravity-aether deck, but have no idea where to start,
I have the following cards, and 500 to spend on more,
1x Elite Charger
20x Gravity Pillars
5x Saphire Chargers
4x Colossal Dragons
2x Gravity Shields
3x Momenteums
4x Otyughs

14x Aether Pillars
3x Immortals
3x Phase Dragons
2x Phase Spiders
1x Fractals

1x Owl's Eye

2x Plate Armor
1x Pulverizer

I'm totally open for new deck ideas, as long as I can afford it, with that 500 and the cards I have.
