Upon reflection from coinich's points, I think the Casting Cost could be dropped to 2-3|1-2.
1) It is not cost effective than Aresnic although it is potentially faster on a card by card basis.
2) It does not stack very well.
3) The activation cost is fairly well balanced against the effect so the casting cost can be low.
and what about making it untargettable?maybe  making cost 4| 3...

The cost is prohibitively high to use in anything but Mono Death and then even then the creatures aren't cost effective for the Venom ability with Deathstalker + anything.  Perhaps 4 or even 3 :death for the playing cost, and keep it 2 and 2 for activation.  Its got to compete with Deadly Poison and Arsenic too, both which are cheap cards.
mmmm I'm starting thinking that you are right...I will add a pool to see if the cost should be lower by 1 or 2...

The cost is prohibitively high to use in anything but Mono Death and then even then the creatures aren't cost effective for the Venom ability with Deathstalker + anything.  Perhaps 4 or even 3 :death for the playing cost, and keep it 2 and 2 for activation.  Its got to compete with Deadly Poison and Arsenic too, both which are cheap cards.
Venom with Attack >0 0 is worth +3 quanta cost.
This card adds that ability for 3|2 + (6/number of creatures) quanta.

Pack CC and Graveyard to get Venomed Skeletons.

The important difference between Deadly Poison, Arsenic and Deadly Plant is the rate of poison.
Deadly Poison deals 3T damage
Arsenic deals 4T + T(T+1)/2
Deadly Plant deals T(T+1)(T+2)/6

Deadly Plant catches up with Arsenic at turn 5.
However it is never as cheap as Arsenic it does kill the opponent 3 Turns before Arsenic (if both are played at the same time) and kills FGs 6 turns sooner.
Shields will stop a Boneyard based deck and Graveyards are even slower to play.  CC takes ages with Death, multiple Plagues and even a few Plants here is going to set you back massively in quanta and turns that the opponent spends killing you.  Even a Cockatrice will survive 5 turns after Plague/Virus and 3 after double poisoning, and that 15 damage is hard to replace.  Combined with the fact that poison is more effective in massive numbers and/or over time, and you just created a costly reactive deck that likely will fall to many major archetypes, including but not limited to speed poison and anything with Quint.  Flying Arsenics can do much more for much less, sometimes as a Trio with Adrenaline and Heals.
you don't have to compulsory use it in a mono death deck...it ccould be a support card in other decks i think...

It cannot proceed until copyright free art is used and credited. This may require you to create some art. Additionally you can request members of the community to make some art for you in the Card Art section.
I can't draw and a post of vrt in the art section says that only cards in the forge or higher can request a art...I don't know what to do....

I don't know... if the cost is lower you could play mutiple of them and give venom to multiple creature in few turns...I think in will become a little op...

Looks good.
Now you need to find provably copyright free art.
If possible it should be of an immobile plant (hence a permanent instead of a creature)
I didn't find a free art anywhere...do you think it can pass in crucible now?

Fractal is broken because you spend 1 card to get 8, its a +7 card advantage. An instant +7 even. How much more absurd could a card get?
That's not the point... It doesn't matters if a card is OP by itself (it truely doesn't matters), the ONLY thing that matters is how you would use it in a deck, that is, taking synergies in account, because there is where a card gets OP (when you actually use it against other cards)
Example: a 1 cost 1|1000 creature wouldn't be OP without chimera/gravity pull/etc. but it would look OP by itself

So yes, this card is OP... I don't know how to balance it, but as Nepycros said, making it last one turn should be OK
thanks for your comment...now i am thinking on make it last 1 turn ore increase the summon cost...I don't know...

Well, I still think it should heal 5 HP.
Yeah, maybe (don't forget about the best friend of every card creator, fractal, and his ability to make cards OP), as it doesn't attack...

I personally like the idea, and I think airborne should go in the "notes", not in the text :P
I made heal to 4 thinking that 5 will be overpowered with fractal...About airborne,some cards have the passive skill in the text...(vampire voodoo doll)...however it is not very important now...

This card might a great idea but would require time and effort as well as creativity.
But I like this card so I am willing to help ensure it is balanced.

Name: Poison Volcano [Poison fits but Volcano does not quite fit what you are presenting. However I do think that an ominous adjective place name would be ideal. What places make you think of poison? Snake mountain? Vale of Venom? Poison Palace?]
