Divine Glory / Re: Oracle: Divine Glory

I just got this asshole for the second day in a row, and decided to try the staff deck.  (modified to fit my card pool)
Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
5c2 5c5 5c5 5c5 5c5 5c7 5c7 5c7 6rn 6rn 6rn 6rn 6rn 6rn 7ac 7ac 7ac 7ac 7ac 7ac 7an 7bu 7bu 7bu 7bu 7bu 7bu 7n2 7n2 7n2 8pn

I was kicking major ass until I decked out!  :))  I tried to play around the miracles, but without a full set of staffs/animates and due to the timing of when I drew them, I wasn't able to do so.  If I'd had a slightly larger deck instead of 30 cardsould have probably won.  I'd thought about including Darkness for Minor Vampire and Vampire Stiletto, but decided against it because it made the deck too big.  D'oh...

Again, no idea what happened to the deck image, but mark is obviously life and there is no 31st card.
Next time feel free to give a try to this deck:

I'm using partly or even almost completely unupped versions with my alters, with very good results (9-1 i think). (8pend+4pill instead of 8pill+4pend)

Jezebel / Re: Oracle : Jezebel
« on: April 12, 2011, 03:37:32 pm »
I used this "lame" deck this week oracle Jezebel and Divine Glory predictions. I know it brakes the no upp no rare rule but since theres no other topic and it's a bit special i'll post here anyway.
Code: [Select]
778 778 778 77k 77k 77k 77k 77k 77k 7k2 7k2 7k2 7k2 7k2 7k2 7k3 7k3 7k3 7la 7la 7la 7la 7la 7la 7la 7la 7la 7la 7la 7la 7la 7la 7la 7la 7la 7la 7la 7la 7la 7la 7la 7laTheres a risk using this deck with an increased reward (500HP EM). IT's about decking out, one or two early miracle seems to must have, when the HP gets buffed the game is changing to "unfair" for the FG's. Using PA is only advised against Jez, and only on her QT's otherwise her hand will fill up ending actually me to deckout. Theres a risk against DG too, if he don't draw early fire towers his hand will fill up too (being not able to blow up my pends), preventing him double drawing. (Miracle+luci before deckout for sure EM.)

Heres what i mean under "unfair": DG with near his full firepower endgame:

^^^^ this is an interesting post: http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,1091.msg317219#msg317219

According to this with a 24tower/6pharaoh deck the net income is [265+5(spinreward)]*0,978(longrunchance)+60(EM)=324Electrum which is better than 270.

EDIT: and i did not counted the extra spin rewards with no card win.
Correct me if I'm wrong (I have no background in probability) but wouldn't it be 256*(.338 + 2*.338^2 + 3*.338^3) = 174.7 (Net gain from selling all pharaohs from one game)?

So it'd be 174.7 + 60 = 234.7
lol, i'm not a big math freak either, according to the linked table theres 97.78% chance to win a pharaoh in one game, which is 3 spins. Since the relic income is calculated with 3 spins -> that's why i sipmlified to win one  pharaoh + atleast one spinreward x the long run chance 97.78% (in several hundreds of games), that's all. But correct me too please someone more competent, if i'm completely wrong.

I'm suffering from "rapid draw" problems but I am not doing any of the known causes. It is a normal draw, my mouse is out of screen and not over any cards and it is drawn invisible. This is a real gamebreaker when facing already overpowered fgs. Anyone know of something else I might be doing wrong causing this to happen?
lol, i tried to describe the same thing, heres what i got for it:

find it rather interesting that there are no sundial's in the deck..
Yes, from my experience sundial provides a great support when i use active CC (oty, maxwell, spells...), helps with drawspeed and healing recovery, protects bonewall and a lot of other things. But it interferes with passive CC from shields (skull, firebuckler, permafrost, thorn) preventing creatures attacking. Actually this is the thing which makes passive CC decks weak against rushes as massive healing is needed since early game. Correct me if im wrong. (I had a lot of games against Elidnis when i did not played late drawn sundials because i wanted to keep those damn quinted spectres frozen via permafrost.)

I used a somehow similar deck past 2 weeks, when i messed with AI5. Tho i found it vulnerable to heavy rushes and did not challanged FG's with it, but i had 90%+ winrate against AI5.
Code: [Select]
5if 5if 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6rn 6rn 6rn 6rn 6rn 6rn 6u8 71c 71c 745 77f 77i 7aj 7aj 7ap 7k2 7k3 7k6 7n0 7q0 7q0 7q5 7q5 7q5 7q5 7q5 7q5 7q8 7t8 80h 80h 80hThe main differce is the lack of antimatter and mainly another type of field control. Thorn shield + aflatoxin completely shutted down the AI, 1 mind flayer for lobo, another with BE for PC. Once a cell hitted the field the thorn-poisoned creatures were immediatly replaced by cells at death, leaving no chance to play anything. The 16 QT provided more than enough gravy quanta even for rewinding chargers (not a common situation). Miracle+luci for sure EM. I also added and used the deck with 6 SoD for 140 electrum and 95 score. Matches lenghts were between 300-500 secs.
One negative exp: the imp AI now senses the first cell as real threat, using rage pot, lightning any PC on it, but that was not common too, at least with AI5.

Yo dawg, I hurd you liket rapid draw problems, so I added it to the list of known bugs.

Months ago.
There's nothing about game saving <-> missing card issues in your "list".
But because you were so nice here's another thing:
http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,21156.msg288597#msg288597
This is a known bug since august. ??? ??? ???
Still I can't see it your "list". So much about handling things.

Peace.

Missisng drawn card during battle:

I don't know to start a topic about it, anyway i will post here. I encountered this bug 8-10 times during past weeks.
There's several topics about it with mainly 2 known triggers:
- fast clicking or whatever
- following the card animation to landing zone with mouse

I had missing cards way before due to those reasons, but this time is different. It's about saving the game as i realized. Sometimes the game does not save when i start a new battle, goes red re-trying then suddenly saving. If the green "Confirmed" appears during the card drawing animation, that will be invisible (buggy) and takes one slot in my hand, i can discard it if my hand fills up.
Two examples:
(http://imageplay.net/) (http://imageplay.net/)
I'm using: Firefox last patch, flash player last patch, global int speed about 10 Mbit/s, Win7, EtG connection game ping: about 480ms, core2quad, Geforce GTX 460.

Then please share with us your FG deck. In my personal opinion this topic is kida pointless until we see the deck wich fails so hard against theese FG's. It's like I start a topic of "I can't beat Divine Glory with my uber death trigger based timebow" and Rol/Hopers just start laughin at me. (Every coin has two sides.)
