I feel that no nerf is needed.

Unlike nova, you need a lot of :air to make this work, which means this spell would be less useful early in the game.

Nova would be better early on, this would be better later in the game.
I agree with you that this card should be useful in the late rounds. My 2nd nerf idea abuses that, but I wanted to have an early-game version. I guess this wouldn't work either because of Supernovas. Maybe I'm too nervous about OPness, but I think it still needs even a very small nerf.

And Ghana surprised me scoring a win over USA. 1/4 finals is pretty much the biggest success of their team.

P.S. That was a joke, not that I don't know where Spain is. :S

I guess this would be heavily abused by RoL/Hope decks.

Nice and simple, but IMO it has only a very small chance (or none) to make it to the game.

Voted for OP, but that's not because the card is. It's because RoL/Hope decks are. :/

It might actually be balanced if we interpreted it to be generates...quanta for each markcard (including your original mark).
Would it include the opponent's marks?

The changes I will possibly make...

DRAIN ALL AIR QUANTA IN THE PROCESS, INCREASE THE QUANTA GAIN, MAKE IT A RARE
Why?
Implementing the first idea without any more changes would make it underpowered, because it's a really cheap spell and isn't a game-breaker.
Implementing the first two would help the card, but it would be kinda OP then.
So, I decided to make it a rare after (not so possible) implementing in the game.
DECREASE THE QUANTA GAIN, MAKE IT TO GIVE OTHER QUANTA EVERY 7  :air QUANTA
Why?
This could make it more implementable in the game because you don't need moar  :air. :)
IMO this is the most balanced nerf of these three. INCREASE THE COST
Yes. There's no more ideas here. Only increasing the cost.   ::) Seriously.
So, what would YOU choose?

As I see from here, most of you have suggested draining all Air quanta after using the spell.

Could make some really annoying rainbows.... thank god there isn't any  :air generating creatures.
Damselfly is, just like $$$man said. But this card was made for some duo/trio/even quad decks that have problems with draws. Clearly forgot about rainbows and that's why I made this poll.

Actually, I don't agree with the draining system, but that's your opinion, not mine.

Yondi forgot to notice here that the Being is spawned by Volcanoes and didn't gave the link. But you should also watch it.

This makes some very interesting  :fire / :earth decks. Something to counter those poison decks: power with power. :)

Maybe it's not so clear, but I wanted to say: For each 10 Air quanta stockpiled, yes. But, I simply forgot about this.

@Dragoon: Good point. So... a GREAT nerf is needed, right? Something like: "Drain all Air quanta after use"?

POLL ALERT: Let's make it the other way. I made a poll about what nerfs this card needs, because I forgot about rainbow decks, which is my clear mistake. You can vote about... now, I think. :) Lasts for a week.

Perfect. :)

This card is actually something that Air needs right now IMO.

But, if the cost is variable, you shouldn't write that it costs 3 quanta. I would just leave it blank.

EDIT: Oh, it's the ability cost. Sorry, my reading skill is somehow nerfed at midnight. :S
