The bolt stall deck is dead, since you can't hold more than 75 fire quanta, it really can't kill Elidnis now. Another Elidnis deck was recommended in the same thread as linked to in the posted Elidnis deck:

It was pretty straight forward, just let the creatures get a nice attack rating and then AM/LS it. Favor using AM if no LS in your hand in order to prevent an early death.
