Bummer, anti-lurking rules always bum me out, man.  I'm over 100k in score and have been on the forums/playing for 19 months but I can't 'spam' to up my post count and challenge?  Is there a post rank system to determine whether people with 200 posts already didn't 'spam' over time? I mean, as a community do we really want to reward posts by volume? sounds like spam to me.

Friends call me zig, I found elements through stumble many moons ago.  I remember when FGs were first born (so I guess that makes me a titan?) and I poured out a 40 when sundials got nerfed.

Trying to pick it up again, and I figure being active on the forum will help me improve my game.  Not new to the game, but newly active on the forum and happy to be here.

Cheers

option 2 is your best bet, imo.  I was playing with a fatty rainbow for a while, and you just can't expect any sort of % against FG with that many cards.  hang on to your rare weapons if you want to, but definitely start upgrading cards with a slimmer rainbow in mind, and when you start to trim your deck and get some better consistency, farm those FGs till your thumb gets tired from smacking the space bar.

Politics / Re: communism. is it really so evil?

I don't know that it's such a scathing denunciation of communism to say that it failed in the past, or even to point out the fact that it requires a great deal of imprisonment and social control.  Quite the contrary, I contend this is a feature of government itself.  I ask you to consider the USA, a nation that is purportedly capitalist, and a 'free' state, yet this country houses 1/4 of all the worlds prisoners in its domestic prison system.

The purely economic institutions of the US are not as efficacious as the traditional argument would seem to have us assume they are.  Take for example the great depression, or easier to relate, the current recession.  The byproduct of a capitalist society is a wealthy and often-if-not-always corrupt elite with an underprivileged class maintained through judicious use of police powers.  When pointing at the collapse of the USSR, do remember to point directly at the military spending that was its cause.  Military spending in response to US spending which was only possible through the institutionalization of massive debt to future generations.  Admittedly the communist country fell quicker, but let us not tout the benefits of a system which holds as one chief virtue the passing along of suffering to citizens yet to come.

To your specific point unit748596:  If you're going to use terms that are ambiguous, please define them.  I do not know what you mean by 'evil' nor do I understand the meaning of 'best' as it relates to a form of government.  perhaps you could enlighten us with some criteria by which we are to judge governments?

What if I kicked the dimension shield for  :entropy shield and trimmed a boneyard for an aflotoxin?

You point out something really interesting now that I think about it, I do tend to have a glut of quanta at the end of matches- something I've not exploited.  The bone shields have just been crazy effective for me AND they come with the awesome benefit that they can't, realistically, be stolen or destroyed.

I only put the black hole in the deck because i upgraded it on accident.  When it's come up early it's been a deciding factor, and when it's come up at endgame it has tended to seal the deal on element mastery.

Also, that 'element of surprise' bit is truly classic mate, brilliant.

You think I need two miracles? Perhaps you should re-read the gospel of Luke my friend, chapter 4 verse 12

I've seen the 34 card rainbows, and they are probably much more consistent than mine, but I really like the way games play out with this deck, I just want to be able to play a ton of these cool cards against FG with some measure of success.  If you are saying that trimming is the only way to go, could you maybe suggest a few cards you think aren't helping this deck?

The deck you referenced has 6 supernovas and relatively few pillars, should I start by upping my remaining novas?
