Religion / Re: Evolution and Intelligent Design

A lot of people regurgitating popular psudeo science from the creationist lobby.  It's all been debunked tho.  And there's more evidence for macro evolution then there is for most of the convictions in court houses.  One really has to proclaim that it's not a fact that people are guilty before they can claim it's not a fact that evolution happened.  (that evolution happened it not the theory of evolution, it's not a theory at all, it's a fact.  How and why it happened is the only theory part.)

3)Your questions point to the assumption of if A=True, then B=True
4)Some of your questions are irrelevant, and really are just simply there to stereotype someone.
Well this is just no true.  The point was to see if there is a correlation or not.  If there is no correlation, then there's nothing to fear.  The contrapositive is therefor also true, and you look scared.

Humor / Re: The worst way to die?
« on: May 31, 2010, 04:25:23 pm »
What are the restrictions while considering this?  I mean.. it's worse the longer you suffer, and the more you suffer.  So.. where's the limit?  Without a limit I'd say something like this

At the age of 7 you are sold into a household where you spend all your days living in a cage, sleeping in your own urine and excrement, bathing only a few times a year, you are used as a sex slave with several strangers per day and pick up HIV.  To help make you a good slave your ownser tied you down with your feet a few feet above a fire for a few hours until they were dark bloody stubs and.  Your owner then cut out all your teeth at the gum with a razor blade.  By the age of 11 the aids kicked in and you are slowly dieing of that and from a serious lack of nutrition and food.  But the rape never stops, in fact even as you are dying you have a shit-stained one in your mouth and one in your butt while they put out countless cigarettes on your skin.

I could go on in this direction, but is there a worse direction? I don't think so.

Politics / Re: communism. is it really so evil?
« on: May 31, 2010, 04:15:20 pm »
I'm not even sure if I would ever support Communism even if there was a good or right way to get there.
Yea... sorta like the catholic church wouldn't support heliocentric even when after there was irrefutable proof.  High five for sticking with your opinion regardless of new information!  ..Oh wait...

How about we test and see if there is a correlation between one's position and other things.  So answer all the questions with yes or no and maybe we'll see something.

Do you think abortion is ok in the case of a raped 11 year old girl?
What is your sex?
Do you think abortion is ok in the case of accidental pregnancy at 16 years old?
What is your religious affiliation/beliefs if any?
Do you think abortion is ok in the case of 3 month pregnancy and discovery of down syndrome?
What is your political affiliation/beliefs is any?
Do you support gay marriage?
Do you think fox news is mostly fair and balanced?

=)

Religion / Re: Is the future Atheist?
« on: May 31, 2010, 04:00:01 pm »
Static numbers irrelevant.  It's rates of change that determine anything.  And atheism is the fastest growing religious-position.  This is common knowledge in my world but you can easily look up "fastest growing religion".

This card is amazing.  It thins your deck.  Thining your deck is always a good thing.  The fact that it lets you see your opponents hand is a bonus.  But even without that this is a card any deck that can produce time quantum should have.
