I have found a severe lack of pony on this forum, and that needs to be corrected!

Post about ponies here.

Sigh here, stating that for the record he was here before the forum before the last forum even existed! (Not that it shows very well with my participation rate...)

Two things:
1. DevilLoss, get a spellchecker. Seriously, that was horrible and I couldn't read a word.

2. I am actually kind of liking Daytripper's idea to make a dragon rider out of two of the most useless Gravity cards, although without the gravity-making of the merc, mostly due to the fact that a good gravity deck makes tons of  :gravity due to the relatively high cost of the monsters, but also because the "dragon riding" ability should be used on the Mercenary, since the dragons have a no-ability rule and all.

Game Suggestions and Feedback / Re: Devourers's Quanta Drain is messed up

It seems to me that they shouldn't matter, or at least, not so much that pretty much everyone with a mono/duo has to have a contingency plan in case of an opponents using one. I mean really, as long as you (player using the Devourer) get a :darkness per Devourer per turn, it shouldn't matter to you what one it takes unless you're desperate, in which case you're probably screwed anyway unless a miracle comes along. (unlikely)

The main reason I'm seeing here for you (player getting stolen from) to worry about him is for the opponent to play multiples of them and seriously, via denial, inconvenience you if not kill you outright, especially at the beginning of the duel. If this is the case then (like earlier) you are probably screwed whether or not they are using either method of recycling. If this is not the case then you seriously need to reconsider your deck/strategy.

Now personally I'd prefer to have them Devour based on total amount rather than just 1/12, but knowing this forum and its people you guys would be just as righteously defending Zanzarino's decision if the way Devourers ate was the other way around and someone suggested to do it the way we have now.

Besides, I would STILL go for the Charger/Armagio combo. The only difference is 15 hp, and if your Chimera is dead because of a measly 15, well, good luck!

Sorry dude, but having a card that heals you AND your opponent would never be a card that I would ever use. I see where you're going with this, but healing both players, even if you're draining their quanta, would be considered far worse than what it is now.

Not to mention the fact that its great to use this card against creatures with hp that's a multiple of 3+1, so my EE can get to them with no annoying 1 hp left near the creatures' ends.

...Why are we all talking about nerfing the only way to heal Mono, or Duo Gravity users?

We don't necessarily (man i hate that word!) need a drastic chage, just one that will make dragons a tad more available to more decks and more deck types. That's not such a horrible thing to ask, is it?
Dragons are the big attackers of an element; this makes them expensive.  Since they're expensive only mono and sometimes duo decks can pull them off.  Rainbow decks have everything else, giving them access to dragons is :o :'( :o :'( :o
WHOAH WHOAH WHOAH. Whoah. I totally agree on that. I'm SO not even talking about Rainbows though. I'm just saying that there should be more than one-ish good deck that these guys can be put into. I mean, they're Dragons! Ultimate beasts! Just because we CAN make 0-2 decks with them doesn't mean that any/most of us actually DO, or even give it a thought. (Don't lie to yourself, you know that it is true)

Right now Dragons are more of an afterthought, a buffer if you will. People look at their decks and say, "Hey, I need more power in this deck, and it makes a lot of quanta. What should I put in? More of X or Y? Nah, that would throw my perfect balance off. I guess that I'll have to put a dragon in, there's nothing else left!"
