Movies & TV / Re: Scariest Movie you have ever Seen

I like original horror films. Halloween was pretty scary. Even the original nightmare on elm street was scary. I don't know why they made like 10 million sequels. They all sucked.

Entropy / Re: Mutant Madness

I played several FGs with no success with the original idea for the deck in the first post. Then I switched to the second deck suggestion with a little better victory but overall I just feel like I'm struggling for entropy the entire time and the mutations don't play as big of a role as I'd like.

Darkness / Re: Shard of Void

Would it be overpowered to say an additional effect of the Death mark is to also ABSORB the dmg?

-2 to your opponent. -3 if your Mark is  :darkness and dmg is absorbed into healing for you.

Water / Re: Shard of Patience

I think it's a little too specific for a Shard based on the previous Shards in the game. Even with the Element specific buff addition to most cards, the great thing I've always liked about Shards and they can be worked into most decks regardless of if they make the BEST deck.

This one seems very focus on just water/flooding, if you're not using those, then you would never use this for anything else.  Any other uses I'm missing??

Update: Just saw the other post about wanting to do Shards for every Element :)  This could make a fairly decent burst damage deck I'd say.

Sports / Re: Is chess a sport or not?

There was NINE dang pages to read so I'm just throwing my $0.2 in.

it has strategies, opponents, tournaments. What else would it be classified as, if not a sport? A game?  Seems like a lot of attention, emphasis worldwide, and energy to just simply be a game.

P.S. We also use the word game in regards to things that I'm sure we would ALL agree are sports. Football, baseball, etc...  8)

51 just seems so heavy. Do you find yourself not even able to use your Pharoahs most of the time with only 2?

I agree. Mix in some pendulums and use another weapon. I prefer swords over daggers.

Finally starting to getting around to posting more. I discovered Elements around the end of 2009. I remember I had found an online flash card game that was similiar but very limited. I was on the hunt for a new one and I stumbled onto this site. I've played off an on since then. Sometimes I'd take a break for a few months and then come back.

The game has really developed and grown since way back then :)  I think I'm finally hooked all the way as I've been playing nonstop for awhile now.

I'm a Nashvillian from TN (Go Titans!:) and I like long walks near the river, sunsets on the ocean, and the color green. Just incase you were wanting to feature me as as a monthly spread. haha.  :P
