Rainbow Decks / Re: Yaladilae's Butterfly Angel (v1.21)

First impressions is that I can't really see how the deck does so well. More often than not I'm stuck with no ability to speed up my draws.

Perhaps its my playing style, but I'm not fond of this deck. It can work, but might not be in my hands.

The big advantage of using Butterfly on an Otyugh is that with a 0 attack you don't have to worry about Fire Shield, Procrastination, Permafrost, or Thorn Carapace messing up your destroyer.
Following that logic, Devourers, Graviton FireEaters, Fire Spirits, Chysora, Fate Egg (lawl) are also good choices of cards. I might pick the devourer since he's kinda awesome :D

Edit: I'm using a PA and a Pest instead of the two unupgraded cards in the deck, and I'm keeping statistics here:

I must say I quite like this deck. Interesting usage of Butterfly :)

In essence, you really only need 5 ROLs to block out most of her damage. Keep the rest of your RoLs in case she has out eagle eyes or whatnot that would destroy your ROLs.
Aren't dragons higher priority targets than RoLs for AI?
More importantly, you would rather keep your field open for more dragons than have it full of RoLs that cannot dish out damage. :)

Regarding FireQueen:

In essence, you really only need 5 ROLs to block out most of her damage. Keep the rest of your RoLs in case she has out eagle eyes or whatnot that would destroy your ROLs.

This is what I consider a niche deck. It will not hold up across the board, but it is definitely effective in some situations. The same can be said of mono-aether and other novelty decks that work. :)

This deck above was built specifically after the 1.21 change. I took out all the sundials to prevent them from ruining bad draws, while added in the supernovas to further boost my Quanta gain.

The lack of dials make it more prone to early rushes, but if you can draw the right cards fast enough, combined with auto-mulligan to stop 0-tower hands, it might work a bit better, but I haven't tried it. If you can get 2 Entropy Quanta fast, it would help a lot. Perhaps a fatter version for those without SoGs.

I haven't had any statistics, except for a win against Chaos Lord and Seism, so feel free to try it. I don't know how good it is, but I hope I can get the ball rolling.

Hmm I just noticed that if you mouseover the help (?)s on the oracle, they're blocked by the card that you drew, so you can't read it. Is it possible to move them to the front?
Indeed. A layering issue in Flash.

Maybe make it a 50% to drown someone? It feels so rigged at the moment :s

I like the idea, but may I inject a bit of practicality?

How on earth will we reconcile the time zone differences.  The window of overlap would be rather small.
My thoughts exactly. An informal world tourney would be funny also, but largely not too effective in the long run due to this. Playing someone in GMT-8 when I'm GMT+8 is hard.
