Lolz, kind of. It's not as fast, but luciferase + bond combo guarantees EM most of the time. And it's damage and defense makes it better suited for AI5.
This is the deck

A little spin on Gl1tch's rustler deck with the new card mitosis. The draw is kind of sketchy, because of the complexity of the combo it's difficult to make everything work just right, but it does have some potential as a FG farmer. Its lack of control doth lend to its downfall for many FGs. Pretty decent for half blood though.

question marks are mitosis.

Seems like the new AI targets luminous creatures over others. He insisted on mutating and loboing my 1 cockatrice while leaving the rest alone. The frogs all died from paradox (except 1 I just played), so all you see are cockatrices. That's what Darwin's theory of evolution is all about isn't it? Survival of the fittest, natural selection gets rid of the ones that is unfit. The frogs are gone, and cockatrices get to have more children, lol. Biology is awesome.
Here's the screenshot.

Shrieker with mitosis for 1 quanta is scary..... urgh.

I think the trebuchet armaigo combo is faster for ttw purposes. Haven't done through testing, just my speculation. This deck looks pretty fast too though.

The greatest weakness of this deck is.......... antimater.    This deck has the awesome ability to field nice and large creatures that vamps, which are the absolute perfect targets for antimatter. CCYB just had to pack 2 of them all the time, making this a less awesome top50 grinder than it should be.

This is hilarious! I think it's OP though. It's like a indirect renewable fractal. This makes existing spawn abilities like scarab and queen look bad.

"The age of fertility has begun." anyone remember this?

Aether / Re: Fractal
« on: December 21, 2010, 05:19:45 am »
Fractal is nerfed enough already, the drain and the cost is pretty heavy in my opinion. This nerf has made it barely usable at all.
I disagree. It was usable with cost=11|10, it's usable now. It just makes it a little slower. How much have you used it anyway?
I never said it's unusable, but it's now extremely hard to use efficiently.  In any fractal deck, drop the first fractal quickly is very important. For fractal phoenix, it's for rushing purposes, for ROL it's for survival, and for pest, the whole point is to fractal early enough while it's still possible to quanta denial. For other decks like frogtal, if you can't fractal you can't drop the creature either in case its CCed and you lose the seed for fractal. While you wait for these extra quanta, dead cards starts piling up in your hand, and the fractals starts to get jammed up in your hand and get in the way of each other. It makes the fractal decks that were once good barely decent, hence I said it's barely usable. And last, I have used fractal extensively indeed, I have 6 copies of them upgraded within the week it is released. It is present in all the FG decks I'm using except 1. I would say I have enough experience to back up my words. Never forget that it also drains all quanta, the new cost delays each fractal for 1 turn or more. This really adds up and against rush decks a game never lasts that long. So this could mean the difference of being able to fractal 3 times per game to 2 times or 2 times to 1 times. That seems like a pretty big nerf to me. I don't know why you are getting all aggressive, and seeing as you seem quite untouched by the nerf, I want to ask you in return: "how much did you use fractal anyway?
