When you first post this idea I was thinking of a image like this:


You just have to made this look like a drawing or something and change the colors and the side that the totem is looking for the other card. If you want I can try to do that.

I don't think it's OP. You can't put this to use something like Explosions without having the cards in the deck because the card nullifies your mark.
I like it.

Where the hell is the "drain all water quantum"? Even with that this card would be over powered, four turns are more than enough to get the quantum needed to play another Avalanche.
And this even affects creatures that are protected...

There is a reason this card and a defrost card dont exist.  They are TOO specific.

No one would ever use this unless they knew their friends deck before hand.

Purify fells forgotten.
Purify tries to delete itself from the game.
Purify no longer is avaiable in the bazaar.

If you manage to put this in the middle row of you opponent's field and play a Inundation you reduce his maximum amount of creatures in play to 1.

30 quantum is not this much to be able to use anything in your hand no matter the element and the total cost. This with Fractal could be awesome.
