Thanks for the comment Hyroen,

I think of Thunderstorm and Lightning Storm as a weaker, under-appreciated CC and this is a way of encouraging its use.  I think of the name of this passive skill to be something like Surge or Charge.  You know, the air gets charged with the storm incoming, and Sapphire Stone/Gem is able to harness that.  Let me know what you think, if I'm off the mark here.

As for the ability, Air is about about its versatility with things like Dive and just its nature, so it was another way for Air to become more efficient.

balance aside, as i have no idea how to go about such yet, i love this card (as well as the earth one) because they encourage use of less-used cards. kudos for coming up with the idea, karma if it ever gets implemented

i do think they should be reworded, however, to allow either thunderstorm or lightning storm to enable the buff.

is there a particular reason that shard of gratitude does not cause this effect other than being exceptionally powerful when placed into a stall deck?

You taken into the chance of the first hand failing (for the mulligan), which is about 1 in 5, and you get approximately 1 in 12 million.

Would people actually be interested in a thread about how probability actually works? I'd be happy to make one if people cared.

cant speak for anybody else, but i would be very interested in reading that.
