Aye, I meant for it to be Other, I wasn't entirely the most with it when I posted that.

I think lowering its cost to 2 and 1 to hatch would make it more viable. I don't think it should get a HP boost simply because it's an egg. Unless we're counting ostrich eggs (or dragon eggs from fantasy), eggs are incredibly easy to break. I would say leave it at 3 and make it come into play burrowed... but then it couldn't be hurt, and like i said, eggs are by nature very fragile.

While I do like the card, chaos and luck are amazingly fun, I don't use it. I was using a Liquid Antimatter deck against Destiny. I lost, not because he got out a bunch of super strong creatures, but because his eggs kept hatching into such weaklings they weren't worth comboing (Yay! Brimstone Eater...). I do understand that the one turn wait is necessary, but it makes the creature incredibly vulnerable. Mutation is a much more reliable way of getting a random creature... with possible unobtainable skills.

What if you lowered the damage it dealt to 3 and made it so that it gave you a quanta the same type as your mark (primary mark for those that have multiple) each turn. It could still be free, not too strong for a "noob weapon (personally upgrading a card, in my mind, makes it not a noob card anymore), and be semi-useful.

Mortality: 5 :darkness/ :death

Remove Immortality from one creature. This card ignores Immortality.

(Upgraded) Mortality: 10 :darkness/ :death

Removes Immortality from all of your opponent's creatures. This card ignores Immortality.

I don't know if it should be Death or Darkness.

Good shield. Too bad it only lasts for 3 turns.
While I agree with you from the "if you're the one using it" point of view, if it lasted too many more turns it would be exceedingly broken. It lasts 3 turns, meaning if you have 6 (and get them all out) that's 18 more or less untouchable turns. If it was even buffed to 5 turns (30 turns with 6) it would have incredible effects on the game, probably not good ones either.

Creating a control lock is fine and good, it's a standard deck type in any good CCG. But if you make the control lock too good/unstoppable then it throws the entire metagame into "this deck" and "counter to this deck".

Hmmm, a card could be created that removes Immortality from everything in play. And the upgraded version could remove it from just the opponent's side of the field. Since it doesn't target it would hit them correct?

I'm Gwenyvier, Gwen, Gwenny... take your pick, I'm not too picky on the name honestly. I started playing this on Kongregate just to get the badges for it and liked it enough to want to play it more.

I've played several card games before... the only one I am willing to admit to is M:tG. This game reminds me a lot of M:tG with some obvious differences. :) The biggest being that M:tG never seemed to translate well to videogame play for some reason, and the chaotic nature of some of the Entropy cards would be near impossible to reproduce in a physical card game.

I look forward to playing this game more and having fun against some real players instead of a computer.

Bye!
