Welcome! Elements is probably one of the best games you can play at your class, since every match progresses you further into achieving cool new cards.

The best card in the fire deck is definetly Deflagration. That's a card you can put in almost any deck and it's so useful.

My picks are Lobotomizer, Dimensional Shield and Fractal.
Lobo is a all around weapon which can be used in Aether and Rainbow decks. Dimensional Shield used to be my favorite card when I played the early version of this game and I really like how the RoL/Hope deck uses Fractal.

I hate the Pandemonium Voodoo Elder. That deck is pretty effective against weaker rush decks and if you get a bad draw he's gonna have 4 pandemoniums waiting for you when you finally get some dragons in the field.

Introduce Yourself / Elements Veteran enters the boards!

Hi all!
I recently found Elements again while browsing Kongregate's top games list. Well, I got really intrigued by all the new stuff and decided to start grinding the game again.
The first time I played this game was like three two years ago. The game was still in it's early stages back then. I remember lurking these forums already then but never made an account. I remember using SG's Unupgraded Rainbow Deck (Since it was the ONLY reasonable deck a newcomer could play), got it about half way upgraded, then quit.
Oh well, I'm back for more and hopefully will stay a bit longer. The first time I noticed this game had changed was when I built my starter deck just the way I built it last time, a mono fire deck with immolations and during the first game instinctively noticed that I should get more quanta from it.
Been playing for 2 days now, have about 120 cards, 3 or 4 different decks, trying out different things and realizing just how fun this game can be if you take a moment and stop worrying about electrums.
Oh well, hope to see you in the forums!
