I found him(her?) quite easy.
The immortalised forest spectres and ulitharids get killed very quickly by a fire shield, if its played early.
Alsough, one pulveriser taking down his sapphire towers will stop his forest spectres.

Unfortunately I lost by carding out, his jade shield stopped my FFQ spamming, and my Fallen Druid decided to be my last card in my deck...

Either the cost to play or the cost to use the effect had to be increased, or else FFQ would seem useless.
I would prefer the initial cost as devourers only cost 2 to be played, and do the same effect but return one quanta. The reason these could work better is because they do damage, or could be used with them. But with your edit the cost to summon a Ghoul is more than playing a ghoul from your hand. I would return to 2 dark quanta, and increase the cost to summon the necromancer.

However in comparison to firefly queen, firefly queen costs 1 more quanta to play and uses a different element for its effect, meaning a duo deck must be used, while this could be used in a mono dark.
Maybe a cost increase to play necromancer?
(Love the necromancer artwork, and the subtle differences between it and absmyssal necromancer. Hope this card gets added to the game once it has been edited)

Incinerator sounds a lot like fire shield. But fire shield costs much less and you do not need fire quanta to have firewall in place. So card number 1 has been done.
Card number 2 is very luck based. Is there a chance the ghost would be useless and have 0 attack, or 0 health? And the opponent would have to have some form of finding out for effects (eg paradox and devour). Would the target just show up if the card falls in to the requirements for one of these?

Does confusion last one turn, or is this a status now permanently attatched to a creature?
It seems a very luck based concept, even though it could be used to your advantage if used correctly (eg immortal deck)

It needs to be un-buffable (adrenaline or multiple blessings would make this pure evil.

Maybe it could be an immortal card (cost should be increased) or turn it into a permanent. Like the idea though.

To me it doesnt seem worth the upgrade, as it costs 4 more quanta, for only four more damage (which will be only two once it is burrowed)
I like the idea, but i think the upgraded cards cost should be lowered.
