The buff ain't permanent to balance it a bit (thinking of the Dune Scorpion). You need to keep paying for the buff, so you don't get permanent poison damage to scorpions but it buffs 'em to deliver at least once. I reduced the price (might reduce it more depending on feedback) and put some art in it. Crappy art is crappy but when uploaded got worse, so be forgiving.

It is a permanent, dunno why you think it is not. For the theme it's meant to be a factory, so for me it's natural place is time. Thanks for always answer Maipul8r

Thanks for taking the time Zb, at least is not "weird" but you explain it. The thing with the upkeep, given the price is a bit much, is for the ability itself to be free and the card vulnerable to be killed by the upkeep.  So if you aren't able to pay you get one last time the ability and then the card dies instead of you getting the chance to use it again. I'll reduce the upkeep and it seems reasonable to change the upped one. Maybe buff the buff on the unnuped.

So... The sentiment is: UP (Due of it's price or buffing powers), maybe it should be just in life and not in other, the upkeep is too much. O.k. this will require further study but thanks. And for the When it's used I thought of it being activated after you draw you card or, if considered too much of a hassle to code, an activation skill but with no price.

At risk of making it sound weirder, the concept behind the card is that the building gives extra life to creatures. So is a house of life. And for it being UP I'm starting with a small buff and waiting for the feedback. The use for this card is to make your important creatures harder to kill permanently but not impossible, that's why it's +1 and +2 in the upped. And I don't get why you think is weird the upgraded, it's meant to be usable in every deck, that's why it's "Other".

Question Time!
I noticed that if a creature dies when the cloak is activated it doesn't count for graveyard, bone wall, etc. Is this intended?
