Nice card. But I think the Spell should return only 2-3 times so 
decks cant deck out enemies.
And the wording. It should be changed from:
"Make an exact copy of target creature. If it is targeted it is destroyed and Mirage is placed on top of your deck."
To

I like this.
Few things:
1. If antimattered. Lets say this was an opponents and I had a reflect shield. Would this force heal me or the enemy.
2. Same but Liquid Shadow was applied?
3. Was this made so that if this was made in the game (which I hope) to convice players reflect shields are helpful?

This shield needs no nerf.
It costs 6
quanta. I would rather get 4 more and summon a Phase Dragon.
It only blocks for 3 turns. Compare that to a shield that blocks 3 damage and NEVER DISAPPEARS

I think since this is more of a support creature (because of oits ability) that it should have more health and less attack
