Does 'all creatures' include your own side?
This section allows you to view all posts made by a guest. Note that you can only see posts made in areas you currently have access to.
But on the rustler it explicitely says you can use it multiply times per turn. So it makes sense that this card is an exception. On dive it does not say you can use it multiple times per turn.I don't see why you don't simply make a general rule "all creatures can only use one ability per turn".dont forget the rustler.
an allready existing creature that can use his skill several times per turn.
on the trainer i could see that zanzarino found a elegant answer for preventing an endless life quanta exploit.
normal rustler = works as usual (you can transform all your light into life)
rustler+SoR = 1time skill usage/per turn
We are now trying a new version of this card: still cost=0 but the skill is not immediately available anymore. I know; it is less "readiness" and it takes away part of the surprise effect. But a creature that does not need quanta to do something still feels quite "ready" to me.I don't see why you don't simply make a general rule "all creatures can only use one ability per turn". That's not a change to this card, not a change to dive, but a change to the global rules of the game. But a good one. It solves not only abuse of this card, but a lot of potential problems with future cards as well!
It clearly did not work well with dive, the problem could be fixed, but it still creates too many restrictions for future cards.
I also did not like how it feels to have this card used against you with certain creatures like anubis, keeping yourself ready to stop a certain combo was a nice strategy.
Please take some time to try this second version, still, the card can be changed again.

Honestly, I think that this is both balanced and awesome. Consider it a 5/3 momentum immaterial creature with 2 upkeep -- at that point, it seems much more balanced, doesn't it?But it's not. It's a 5/3 momentum immaterial creature that you can still throw spells on. That's what makes this card awesome.
