I've also edited the deck, but I edited Perptual Light which I think to be a stronger deck (Archangels > Dragons imo)
Sanctuary helps looooaaads against Decay, whilst giving you the +4 health each turn too which can't be bad. SoG's have a higher steal priority and so playing 1 SoG and one Sanctuary means that the sanctuary is safe against one steal although he's never actually tried stealing my sanctuary before.
Fractals didn't need to be upped, I just won two so replaced 2 unupped fractals with them...
I'd like to point out with your deck, the chance of drawing both a Quint and the Light Nymph is very low, probably not advised going for a two card combo where you only have one of each. It could be helpful but I've never checked using it (lack a white nymph)

in unupped, BLs do 3 damage, and photons can stay around for more than 3 turns
in upped, BLs do 5, and RoL needs 5 turns to do the same damage, considering a lot of TTW is 4, or even 3, RoLs are slower
AND if you ever need something to cremate, minor phoenixes are good, unupped phoenixes do 7 damage a turn, to cremate that would slow you down, so photons are used, in upped, BLs do more damage than minor phoenix, and u can always revive the phoenix
which is why we use BL
