If you play a precognition (don't know if it works with hasten), then play a targetting spell (fractal only?) while the animation is still playing (when the card is about to being added to your hand), then play a card with no targeting (Ruby Dragon / Graboid), then cancel the targeting spell, it will give you the quanta necessary to play the no targeting card, and it will magically morph into the no targeting card.
