What's the quickest way to lose? (On purpose) http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=64419.msg1262678#msg1262678

What's the quickest way to lose?

And by that, I don't mean just conceding. I mean with a normal deck, against an average AI 2... How quickly on average can you kill yourself?

I've considered a few ideas. Perhaps spawning a bunch of Singularities could do the job, in about... 10 to 12 turns? There's also Shard of Sacrifice, but you would need 3 of those ready to fire, and have a 2 turn delay between them all, AND would be healing up the damage you worked hard to gain! I've also considered a Hasten deck so that you try to draw yourself out, but that only went so far, killing me in about 8 or 7 turns. So far, I've concluded a regular Shard of Sacrifice deck would do the deed in 7 turns at most, or 6 if using Towers instead of pillars, or a Hasten deck, if you're lucky to get it in 7 turns.
Currently, this is the deck I've been enjoying killing myself with.

Of course, if you want to face someone else in the game of killing yourself first, consider using Novas for Singularities and healing your opponent in exchange for giving them Quanta, or perhaps just use Holy Light against non-death or non-darkness mark decks. Of course, if they're using a hasten deck, you could also try to choke out their quanta gain with destroying their pillars and pendulums.

Well? Go on, tell me, what's your idea of going out in an epic fashion? Love to hear! :silly:
Bronze Grinding:
<1HP>: Alright, some pillars, and dagger for 2 damage, pass the turn.
Platinum Diving:
<AlmightyPlatinum>: Alright, 5 quantum towers, have enough for this Elite Otyugh, and this Micro Abomination, pass the turn.

FWIW, sosac doesnt use up all the death quanta, so you can play them one after another.

Ah, pretty sad actually. Just checked, the damage doesn't just heal you for 40. Thanks for the heads up. Seems the closest you can probably get to it (after testing with a trainer) is around 3 turns? Ah well. :silly:

2 Nova + 2 Supernova + 3 SoSac

If we do it on purpose and we are the second to move, we can also make the opponent do specific things for us.
And we keep driving into the night
It's a late goodbye, such a late goodbye...

the quickest way is by pressing 'menu'...

I haven't done any testing, but, turn-wise, going for deckout is pretty consistent.
I tried it a few years ago, and I remember that this happened regularly:

Of course it's not as fast as SoSac, so perhaps adding those would make it faster.
be quick- time is quanta.
