Actually what is best about voodoo and liquid antimatter is the fact that they are rareless
Compared to RoL-hope which has 3 (THREE! and NO they don't grow on trees) lobos or miracle and shard decks; eternity, pulverize is doable especially if you get one of them though quests(but damn if you don't).
It is a hassle to get rares for a newbie, but they have an alternative with liquid-anti and voodoo and they aren't that complicated if you know its main tricks.

You're right, there are those 2 good alternatives for RoL/Hope. But do also remember that you shouldn't rush facing FGs with a new deck if you can't afford to lose 20+ games in a row. Learning how to use new deck takes time, and Arena is a good place to go learning nowadays (we only had Trainer before). Beating Bronse/Silver decks with new anti-FG deck not only gives you some but also those rare card spins if you're lucky/skilled enough. So even if you don't have all rares for RoL/Hope, you can still use it on Arena if you replace Lobos with a good alternative CC for Arena: Lightning. It can take out most trouble makes running around there, while you're learning all the nuances of the deck.

I personally won't suggest any unupped deck for farming FG. the unupped decks won't get a winning rate of more than 20%, which means you get only 1 win for 5 or even more games, and you'll definately lose score, whether you lose money or not depends on how lucky you are with spinning, and if you're not that lucky, you'll just end up with nothing.

say your winning rate is 20%, you start with 1000 electrum, you can play about 50 games before you lose all your money, you win 10 and lose 40, spent an hour or more. if you win 1 card from spinning, you'll make even, and winning 2 or more will be profitable. however, you still have a good chance not being able to win >2...

I totally disagree with you.
1.You really need to grind unupped or it will take you ages to buy an upgraded deck.
2.1000 electrum allows you to play 33 games assuming you lose all of them, but with 20% winrate it allows you to play more games.

Let's say you play 50 games in 1 hour, you win 10 games.
The card rate is about 35% so you will win around 3/4 cards.
If you sell them you win like 3500/4700 money.Taking out 1000 electrum that you used to play games results in an 2500/3700 profit.
