I used flying weapon to fly Eternity.
I used shard of readiness on the flown Eternity.
Eternity immediately turned into a malignant cell - during my turn.

Can someone explain what happened?

I was playing lvl 4 AI - don't remember the name, but it was a death/darkness deck with bone shield active.
