How do you visit the Oracle?
My button is always gray and it won't let me push it.
Plus, not only that, but when I got to score 500, it didn't give me a rare weapon.
I have since then reset my account, but I need to know how to do all this.

Did you go to quests and press "Collect!"?

You're not alone. The first time I played this game, I was going crazy in Kongregate chat trying to figure out how to finish the card-selling quest.
