For someone reason, when I go to the icons at the top of the forum page (home, rules, help, battle.....glossary, logout), I try to go to the battle page and it says that I can't access this.  Is this a bug or is it because I have less then a certain number of posts?

You must have 30 posts to battle.
More information is on the Battle subforum, although it's kind of dead.
