Thanks to that last guy who posted that 1/2 upped and the coincidence I had those same upped cards. It was easy

Just discovered the main problem of the nymphomania/AM/LS deck idea...you need to leave one phase recluse normal, so that gemini will TU it...or you need 1-2 heavy hitters he might TU...just decked out, cause there werent enough creatures to AM/LS...

This is not to answer Tea's question but normally I'd use a CCYB variant for Gemini.
Today I decided to make things a bit more fun and throw my two grey nymphs in. It totally destroyed him. Recastable Aflatoxin for 1 :death totally locks his spiders down, he never stood a chance.

This is the deck I used:
Code: [Select]
6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6rn 6rn 6rn 6rn 6rn 6rn 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u7 6u7 71k 71k 77f 77f 7dq 7dq 7gp 7gp 7k2 7q5 7q5 80h 80h
Taking out fractal has have been a risk, since you can draw Pulvy or Destroyers late. I'd def put that back in next time.

Played this deck with upped pillars.  Works like a charm.

needs some more decks that work well specifcally against Gemini

No rares or upgraded cards (Steals are for his electrocutors)
Make sure to keep enough healing on the table to counter his immortal creatures
Code: [Select]
4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5i4 5ig 5ig 5ig 5ig 5ig 5ig 5uk 5uk 5uk 5uk 5uk 5up 5up
I tried this deck just now and got destroyed.  Maybe it was bad luck, but he had 4 spiders and a dragon out by turn 5 or 6 and all I could muster was one purple and one blue nymph.  I used it to AM a spider but it was too little too late.

^ Also used this deck, but had a different problem, mostly my fault -- I brought out two purple nymphs when one would've been enough...and couldn't get enough entropy quanta to AM after the first few. This deck takes skill, but if used correctly it's definitely effective.

Same problem but with even just one purple nymph created.
Gemini played 2 spiders/dragons every turn and i was stuck with 3 pillars of wich one became a purple nymph. 3 turns later i had 3 antimattered creatures across and about 10 none antimattered and only 2 entropy quanta left, then i pulled a pillar and died before i got to use the extra quantum.
Therefor i highly suggest at least upping the entropy pillars, in order to get a head start on quanta before you are forced to sacrifice one to make a nymph.
Tried it in trainer before i got wacked after an oracle prediction. Got more entropy that time and it worked like a charm. Great deck for gemini, just risky entropy production untill you up those pillars.

Edit: 1st test with entropy towers in trainer: (early lobo and no steal)+spider rush = certain death.

I never stood a chance with the deck proposed in OT. He got a phase dragon out 2nd turn, and 3 momentumed spiders shortly after. By the time I got my first AM off, I was allready one turn from death. (had everything upgraded also...)

LS/AM deck works MUCH better imo (much faster). I wouldn't advise this nymph deck at all.

Myeah...I didn't have such good luck with the counter this time either.  Gemini magically managed to play a Lobo first turn which basically made my life a living hell since I couldn't draw any Obsidian Pillars to play the Steal in my hand that was screaming, "PLAY ME ALREADY!!!"

I had Gemini today, though I was a bit worried at first as all he was playing for the first couple of turns were his immortal creature. Stuck to hp in the 20s for a while. Won with 87hp left, an EM would have been nice though

Sorry to double post but I got Gemini today and lost... It heavily depends on how good his hand is, he had NO gravity towers and that completely crushed me... I decked out :'(
