No, that second line is still there. The only change is that Nova now costs 1 to prevent first turn use in an unupped environment.

It'll also make nova not have priority in the mulligan, which reduces the chances of having it in the initial hand. I approve of the changes to grabboid. Skeletons still turn into random creatures with RT?

I like the suggestions for graboid and nova.  I don't really like the rest.

Also, why add the 'this cannot attack' clause on ash?  Are blessed chaos powered adrenaline ash decks running rampant somewhere?

Raging Ash becomes possible again with the bump back up to 6hp.

These changes seem quite fair to me.  Not so sure about Immolation.  I feel like the initiative of the current form is what gives it its potency.  Taking that away really dowses its flame.  I particularly think that the lack of card advantage for pure speed (that is, the sacrificing of a creature) is balance enough for the cost-free, and think that balance should come through how much it gives.

In an unupgraded environment, Nova and Immolation based decks effectively start the game one turn sooner than any other archetype. The one other cost of Immo here is to ensure a level playing field in that regard, while still allowing it to provide the sudden quanta boost it always has. It also makes the upgrade far more useful.
