Nymphs are supposed to be impossible to accumulate by normal means. All games need something that is so unattainable that when you get one it is a really big deal. For many older players, the only things left to aquire are those elusive nymphs. You get them (rarely) by oracle, or you get them for PvP Tournament victories. This is as it should be

Shards are quite easy to acquire in the Arena. But with Nymphs I have huge issues to gain them. Neither in Arena, nor in oracle nor in any other way I saw them appearing since few months. In Arena I do farming up to gold gaining lots of shards but no nymphs even if the arena deck of the opponent is full with them. It should be possible to trade upped shards to unupped nymphs of the same element.

This would make nypmhs farmable, which was not the intention of this suggestion.

This is why I did recommended a more user friendly league system and a better build in tournament system.
