I thought it would be cool if we could set up a variety of useful tips on the login screen as it only shows one now, "You lose if you run out of cards". I thought it would be cool and useful for it to show a random tip every time you log in. It would be mostly aesthetics but it could be really useful for new players. I added the screeny so you can see where the tip is.
