In the old t50 system, you used to be able to see the highest scores of players. However, a high score is more an indicator of how addicted you are to elements than how good of a player you are. A good player will get a high score quickly, but a poor player who plays a lot also will get a high score, though it will take them a lot longer.
I don't know if there's anywhere you can see a list of tournament winners, but there are forum icons for those who have won. I think TStar, rastafla and majofa have the most. Even that has the issue of how long the player has been around, or how often they play in PvP tournaments; there's some excellent players with few or no tournament wins because they seldom/never play, for instance. There isn't really one solid metric for measuring player skill easily.
Having said that, though, I too would like to see a list of players score/win/loss records, just for fun. I wouldn't mind going through just to see who has played the most games or find fun statistics like that; I'm a math person :p As for score, the three players I know of with the highest scores are 10 Men, WillNg, and Chromatophore, who are all level 80 or 81. If anyone else is level 80+, they are keeping quiet about it. I don't know anything about Chromatophore other than his level, but the other two I've met and they are also very good players in addition to being complete elements addicts :p
