So for some reason I was citing from the game rules (http://www.elementsthegame.com/rules.html) again in chat, when I found a rule that is rather outdated:
Quote
3- Every spin gives you a chance (about 5%) to win a card from the deck you played against (beside pillars). This also means that winning against a highly specialized deck will give you much higher chances to win cards.
The part in red bothers me, since it gives you false information, after all, pillars can be won from spins now, so it would make sense to change that in the rules :)

The chances of winning a pillar are incredibly low. When THE RNG selects the cards to be spun, and finds a pillar as the outcome, it grabs a new card. It does this up to 5 times.
So long and thanks for all the fish!

Well, RNG hates me, then. I win pillars pretty often (not more than other cards, but...).
