Can a talented, more internet-savvy person than me link this kind fellow to some kind of flash emulator for their tablets?

Flash, the thing Elements runs on, doesn't work on phones.

there are even puffin, a modded version of firefox with the flash player and photon flash (all in the playstore), but don't expect a "fluid" experience like on a pc.
