There are already over 90 replies of folks who want to join. 90 > 78, so I guess it won't be too long until it starts.

What are the (M)s? Are the Masters required to join their respective elements?

In that case, after WoE gets launched, what if someone in one element team becomes the Master of another element during the next Trials?

Masters are not required to join their element, but if they do, they're pretty much guaranteed to get into beta.
