AT-TENSHION! It's time for War! GET CLEM!

Warmaster

Greetings, Elementals!

Council is now hiring one or two new Warmasters for War 9 and onwards! The job of Warmaster requires:

• being a Jr. member or above
• monitoring the drafting of players at the event's start
• updating standings, creating threads each round, and keeping War Betting updated
• settling match disputes as they occur, as well as being able to stand large amounts of drama
• offering ideas on how to improve the event

The Warmaster is an Event Organizer who only organizes this one big event that happens once every few months.  Being active is an absolute must for this position, and Google Docs experience is very useful. If you want a chance to be a part of the organization for war, please send a PM to ZephyrPhantom titled 'Warmaster Application'.

Don't forget to read about what the council looks for in an applicant if you haven't already. You may also wish to review the already posted War 9 rules, as you will likely be required to change and clarify the rules as needed.

I know good decisions can't be rushed, but please try to get it done in less than a eek. Normally, deciding the person to hire should take less than 3 days and War does need to start soon.

Bunchie Speed Force will try their best! The final decision is left up to the council, though, not bunchies, and we can't guarantee that everyone in council will be able to get their thoughts down on all the applicants within 3 days. We understand the concern but given the nature of this event we will likely need at least some time to think on it. If everyone manages to get their votes in 3 days, though, I will gladly announce the new Warmasters ASAP.
