Competition Organizer

The Elements Council is looking to hire
ONE Competition Organizer. They will be working alongside
JonathanCrazyJ to maintain and run the Competitions section.
What will the Competition Organizer need to do?- Coming up with new competitions or resurrecting fan favorites.
- Explaining the rules when needed, and ensuring that entries follow these rules.
- Compiling a competition's entries, and creating a new voting thread accordingly.
- Having one competition running at all times, and ensuring that there's a healthy mix of competition styles (card design, art, writing, deckbuilding, etc.) throughout the rotation.
- Taking suggestions and feedback into mind, and implementing/addressing them accordingly.
- Keep the Hall of Fame updated.
- Design or locate art for award icons.
Requirements:- At least 100 posts or above.
- Being very active on the forum.
- Creativity needed in coming up with different competitions.
- Knowledge of bbcode, formatting, etc.
- Resolving conflicts between participants and maintaining a cool and level head in order to make decisions objectively.
- Being proficient at computer art, while not required, will be a benefit in the process of designing award icons.
