Brawlmaster
The Elements Council is looking to hire 1 Brawlmaster.
What is a Brawlmaster? Brawlmasters design, run and manage the Forum Brawl (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/forum-brawl/) event. In this role you will collaborate with the current Brawlmaster, Fippe94, with creating the event, keeping it fair and balanced, and managing/moderating the section. The role is quite demanding: you’ll need a creative mind to come up with interesting tasks, a technical mind to come up with rules, and the foresight to anticipate potential problems and the best ways to deal with them. Once the event starts, following War, consistent activity and effort will be required for the duration of the event.
Requirements
Jr. Member or above
Active on the forums
Skill in BBCode formatting
Ability to manage disputes and solve issues between competitors
Ability to come up with fun and interesting tasks
Preferably experience in competing in a previous Brawl
Preferably some experience in Google Docs/Excel
Can I participate in Brawl if I become Brawlmaster? Sadly not, as there would be too much conflict of interest - but Brawlmaster is Brawl’s most active role, and has the most input on the event.

I wonder if I should apply. Before CleanOnion, I thought I was a good Brawlmaster, but after CleanOnion I think I would be "lacking" to say the least... :P
