Favorite Competition entry cannot be obviously submitted in specific competitions, because submissions were secret and they were posted in a single post. It only allows to pick a single link, though. Just saying.
I added the specification of which one it was plus the link. If we can only add the link this would exclude all Brawl submissions (which is a problem for 'Favorite Brawl or Competition Entry').
andretimpa is correct, if a link has multiple viable submissions, text may be added to clarify which one specifically is being nominated.
Hmm, not exactly a perfect system considering the late September - December joiners haven't got the time to become notable, but I don't exactly have a solution for that either

It's October-December 2014, plus all of 2015, for exactly the reason you stated - in previous years members who joined late in the year often didn't have time to become notable. Pushing that threshold back for this and hopefully all future Awards ensures more members over time have a fair chance to be nominated. It's not a perfect system but it improves on the previous.
Their join date must be in 2015 or Oct-Dec 2014, though, so 2016 joins aren't permitted. Clarified this and the above point on the form.
