- War 12 is currently in the vault-building phase. The Warmasters plan to start Round 1 on January 6th, 2019.
- These are the teams that will be fighting for reign over the Forums this War:

- Representing the element of Air are deuce22, morephi, and PlayerOA. Their captain is Manuel.
- Master of Entropy, iancudorinmarian, and Master of Water, JonathanCrazyJ, have turned to the Dark Side. Joining them are serprex and General Theonlyrealbeef.
- Soldiers CCCombobreaker and andretimpa have risen from the dead to fight for Team Death, with rob77dp commanding them.
- Jen-i and immortal feud prepare to fight under General Kalinuial, Master of Earth.
- Replacing the Master of Entropy is Wyand, with former Master of Earth Blacksmith and Aves at his command.
- Leading Team Fire is the proud roast-master shockcannon. Under his command are former Master of Death, DANIEELA, and Zyardran
- Ruling over the realm of Gravity is STANDIN General InsignificantWeeaboo, leading soldiers MasterWalks and DoubleCapitals into battle.
- General of Life Mr Muffin is ready to defend their reign over the Forums, alongside majofa and Odii Odsen.
- The holy forces of Light are supposed prophet ARTHANASIOS and Mobian, with General dawn to dusk preparing them for battle.
- The timeless warriors Annele and Vindilos are ready to fight, under the command of kaempfer13.
- Finally, veteran STANDIN General ddevans96 reigns the oceans with RavingRabbid, Naii_The_Baf, and Vineroz at his side.
- December was the last month to earn World Champion points. Stay tuned for the final score standing and when the World Championships will begin. to see the current score standings, check here: points for players.

- It was every man for themselves. On December 22nd, Free-for-All was a tournament with limited options for cards. Congratz to Vindilos on the win.
- Looks like people had leftovers before their Christmas feast. December 16th tournament Leftovers was all about earning upgrades for your next battle. Congratz to kaempfer13 on the win.
- The forums braced for destruction when the most powerful Elementals formed an alliance on December 8th for the Alliance of False Gods, Congratz to DANIEELA on the win.

- Leagues 3/2018 is currently underway with multiple players battling it out in a free-for-all style event. The current leaderboard has worldwideweb3, phoenix1211, and kaempfer13 in the top 3 spots. There is only 1 month left so get those matches in! Also a special mention to phoenix1211 having the most games currently at 38.
- If you want to discuss anything exciting going on in leagues, or you want to post specific rules you want others to challenge you with go post some stuff in the General Discussion thread. Additionally don't forget about the weekly featured rules that bring new and exciting forced metas by the League Organizers.

Nothing to exciting really. I was at home the whole time. Celebrated christmas with my family as usual. I didn't go nuts, travel the world, sky dived or anything like that, this year at least.
An Earth Dragon, a Shrieker and an Antlion offer you a ride, which one will you take first?
First?
I'd start with the Ant, then the Shriker and save the dragon for last. I don't enjoy traveling like a mole so better get it over with. A shrieker is ok but can't be compared to a dragon. Save the best for last.
Why do you like Earth? What do you think, what are your personality traits that synergize with your Earth affinity? Is Earth your most favorite element or is it just one of them?
