New rating system spreadsheet was produced by Kael Hate (Gyrodiot was also involved in the early stages of pruduction). Rating system itself was originally suggested by kevkev60614. Big thanks to all for making the League even more awesome that it already was!

U could make Leage Room in chat section just like for tournaments and then we should know who wants to play leage without finding oponents on hard way...
