I didn't see any mention of pink in the lore? Did I just completely blank this?

According to the lore CO sent us, Pink is safe and friendly to Hunters, but we're not sure how they'll react to other factions. We're expanding to surround them, in any case.

I want us to establish our overall strategy. For now we should keep expanding and turning on all the processes. We'll want to eliminate yellow quickly as we have no idea what they are capable of. We should attempt to occupy the entire map, but we should start putting down walls in order to prevent collapse. Map tiles of particular interested are those that are completely enclosed. We'll want to find the elevator (this may be B27, actually).

Hunters, you may want to kill off that purple/pink team. No telling what they will do in the future, and when you kill a faction you get all their items. Maybe they have something we'll need.

Hello! We're the Chefs. We're hoping we could strike up some sort of alliance with you. In return for your protection, we'll provide you with a variety of cooked food and treats. You'll be happy, your workers will be happy, we'll be happy, everyone's happy! I don't see a downside, to be honest. So what do you say?

Our cookery equipment may be nuclear-powered, but we do sort of need it. Please don't take it from us.

You'll find our Kitchens on Q24 and Q26. Please don't invade our territory! Just kinda nestle up alongside us and we'll be happy neighbours.

They're probably fine. As it stands it seems like the trade is 'don't kill us and we'll give you things', if they do have malicious intentions I doubt they'll be too hard to take care of.

Also ask their head chef to give you the formuoli.

Megalomaniacs detonated an A Bomb on V23. It caused plenty of destruction, but the explosion rebounded from the east and south walls, causing only minimal damage to them.
Hunters used Running Shoes West from M26 and Running Shoes East from N3.
Wraiths used Running Shoes West from X3.
Hostile Survivors used a Used Hammer on the north wall of S11. It degraded to a Damaged Hammer.
Sanitation used Running Shoes North from E15.

Hunters agreed to protect the Chefs' Kitchens. They recieved a Mediocre Cooked Meal and a Sweet Roll. The Hunters ate the aforemenioned goods, leaving behind Nothing, but were very satisfied with the food. The Chefs continued their nuclear cookery experiments in peace.

A Minor Collapse occurred centred on E11.

Wraiths attempted to drill north from W26. However, their Slow-Spinning Drill crumbled uselessly against the Mysterious Metal Wall. The drill died. It doesn't look like it's possible to get through here, at least not with conventional methods.

Wraiths activated the Integrity Testing process.
Note that when "Total Collapse Chance" reaches 100%, the Pipeworks will collapse. They will not undergo a Total Collapse event before then.
Note also that you don't know that this value was at the start of the game.

Megalomaniacs activated the External Communications process.

Hunters attempted to use a group action.

Wraiths picked up an A Bomb on V3.
Engineers picked up a bag of sports equipment on J18, containing a Javelin and one Running Shoe.
Hostile Survivors picked up a Javelin on S10.
Megalomaniacs picked up a Laser Pointer from their dead colleagues on V23.
Sanitation picked up a can of Expanding Foam on C13.

ROUND 10

A bent figure robed in black, walking along with another dressed smartly in a red uniform, approached the reactor.
Upon meeting an Engineer there, the group now of three proceeded to the control room, where the first two presented a thick lead-lined case each.
As the reactor worker took the uranium rods with protective gloves and inserted them in the reactor, two new screens in the control room glimmered to life:
One showed a diagram of the Pipeworks, with several red markings indicating damage to the structure. This was similar to the wiring/lighting map on the next terminal, so this one was likely just another status display.
The other new display showed something of a command line, with a blinking line indicating a wait for input.
The three stared at the screens, then back to each other...then raced off, and despite only telling faction members the news about better reactor functionality soon spread to the entire network.
The integrity display was obvious, and soon swarmed by Engineers and Sanitation workers trying to figure out just how much had gone wrong.

The other terminal, ignored thus far, continued its silent vigil - its silent blink - waiting for input.
What it meant remained to be seen.

Elsewhere, the scents that the Hunters followed led them to the kitchens, where the Chefs were preparing for the 310th Annual Pipefest. This celebration had been all but forgotten in the events of the past weeks, but with lights and power restored the cooks were going at it with a will.
Of course, none of the other factions were in the vicinity to celebrate, so the Hunters and the locals enjoyed the food all by themselves!

Meanwhile, other red and black garbed agents furtively glanced around in two different regions in the southeast of the Pipeworks.
Both the Megalomaniacs and the Wraiths wanted to get at whatever was held in the cross-shaped room, as large as 5 smaller rooms, that the maps of the network showed should be right around there.
First the Wraiths approached with a drill, spinning it up and attacking the wall...but they came up against stiff resistance about halfway through.
The drill grated against something, and despite frustration leading them to spin it faster and faster, it went no further - after more attempts the motor just burnt out, only revealing some impenetrable metal beyond the dig site.

The Megalomaniacs tried a simpler approach, lighting an explosive on the wall. But when they returned to survey the wreckage, they also found a metal wall that they just could not pass.

What could lay beyond the wall?

Round 10 has ended.

Ok, we should probably all avoid breaking walls as much as possible. I don't think we need to start tossing up any walls yet, we're only at 51%. Wraiths are running out of room to expand, so we'll likely need to use a hammer south of our start area to the E. Sanitation may want to try to get in to that ring area in the SW corner. The metal-surrounded room probably needs someone at each end of it in order to open (best guess atm). So Sani's, if you can head towards it, maybe we can can see if that is the case.

We'll need someone to activate processes this round. Sanitation and Hunters, can you do air flow and water, respectively? Do we want to do the elevator?

Megas will probably focus on the South section for a round or two then start heading towards yellow.

Onion, can Sani's and hunters activate processes based on the current state of the map?

Engineers control the Main Reactor. Both Sanis and Hunters are allied to the Engineers, and they both have Uranium Rods, so yes.
If that's not what you're asking you'll need to clarify

It looks like we should activate both air and water, are Sani's and Hunters willing to do those two? I wonder if the metal chamber might be the elevator which may need to be activated before we can access it, but I for one am still in favour of keepign it offline for now.

Mega's it seems like you are the only ones with access to the yellow's at this stage, have you any plans as regards them?

Wraiths, you have said that you plan to hammer eastwards from V11, would you be ok for us to take Y7 and W9, as we are also starting to run out of space to expand into?

Sanitation has planned to activate Heating and Air Flow from the time that we were made aware of the integrity testing results.

Still discussing expansion plans.

With external communications online now, has any faction come up with messages to try to send?
