Spoiler for Pipeworks at the end of Round 6:
Map at the end of Round 6:

Items at the end of Round 6:

Spoiler for Notable events:
Wraiths used their Blunt Drill on the illegible carvings on the southern wall of B26. The carvings crumbled to dust, making them impossible to decipher should someone find a method. The Blunt Drill degraded to a Slow-Spinning Drill.

Megalomaniacs entered the Main Reactor at O16. Engineers entered the Main Reactor at the same time, on M16. They were fortunate in that there was very little radiation.

Engineers used up Some Bricks and a can of Expanding Foam to fill up the gaps in the mechanisms of the Main Reactor. A quick whack with a Sledge Hammer forced ancient fuses and bolts into place, and now they're kinda confident that the Reactor will work if someone powers it up.
Note that "Reactor Status" in the "Process Reporting" console is now "Stable". It was previously "Critical".

Megalomaniacs picked up a set of tools on O15, containing a Sledge Hammer and an Electric Drill.
Megalomaniacs found a stairwell leading downwards on N14. A quick exploration yielded an A Bomb, but someone skilled in finding things might fare better.
Engineers found a Uranium Storage Unit on M15. They entered the secret Engineer code and recovered 3 Uranium Rods.
Engineers pulled an Electric Drill from the wall in M14. Loads of steam came from the hole in the pipe that it left, so an Engineer was left behind to plug the gap with his finger.
Sanitation picked up a Used Hammer on J21.
Sanitation picked up a Blunt Drill on I18.
Hunters picked up a Some Less Bricks on P27.
Wraiths picked up a solitary Running Shoe on H3. There must be another nearby.

Megalomaniacs found a Dead Engineer on N15, wearing a radiation suit. He was holding a broken fuse, a set of blueprints, an irradiated packed lunch and a wallet containing photos of his family. The Megalomaniacs wouldn't know what to do with the other things, but they were sure to remove his Radiation Suit.

Hmm looks like writing on walls isn't for hiding secret rooms... and looks like there may be hidden items that aren't in the rules. Lesson learned, don't destroy writing on walls.

The wall you destroyed revealed a hidden room on B27.

Alright, it's time that all teams start coordinating or we're going to be stepping on each other's toes. I haven't been able to discuss this with my teammates on either team yet, but the moves I've proposed in the pads are this:

Megas:

Action 1: Expand N13
Action 2: Expand O14
Action 3: Expand Z19
Action 4: Expand U25
Action 5: Expand N16
Action 6: Expand O13

Engi's feel free to take N15 and N14 off of us this round.

Wraiths:

Action 1: Expand I3
Action 2: Expand J3
Action 3: Expand B27
Action 4: Expand D4
Action 5: Expand C4
Action 6: Expand Y26

Hunters, we (Wraiths) won't be taking those 2 rooms at the top of the map. You're welcome to have those since you saw them first.

This round we Engineers are probably just going to expand for now and turn on the reactor this round, but next round we should be willing to activate some processes once we've seen what happens when the reactor gets turned on. Does anyone have any particular requests?

Also Sanis, so far we've just picked up a large number of rods and a hammer, want either as compensation for the extractor fans?

Lights on is probably the best option. Is there anything else that can give us as much info?

I agree but I wonder if stuff like "heating and air flow" are just cosmetic or secretly necessary to keep us all alive?

Eh, I don't believe there will be any urgent rush on any of those things. Lights are probably best first. Next round maybe we can give you rods. I'd suggest just turning on everything you can this round and next. If our "chance to collapse" is high, everyone can just spam bricks and foam. We have done 3 or 4 things that speed up the collapse, so we may want to do this soon.

After lighting, I suspect that the following could be very useful:

Resource Collecting - more items?
Integrity Testing - less chance of things collapsing?
External Comms - possible help out of the pipes?

All speculation though, especially External Comms - something that vaguely explained in the rules with a dedicated textbox for it can't be completely unimportant though.

Our actions this round will probably be:
Action 1: Expand N15
Action 2: Expand N14
Action 3: Turn on reactor
Action 4: Expand M13
Action 5: Expand J16
Action 6: Expand M12

But next round we will start activating processes, shall we say lights, integrity testing and resource collection next round, then some others the round after that?

We're just expanding slowly while we wait on the lights. (Waiting on team confirmation for this probable list.)

Action 1: Expand N G18
Action 2: Expand W D18
Action 3: Expand S D19
Action 4: Expand W E21
Action 5: Expand W E22
Action 6: Expand W E23

Also, per cleaning out the reactor, we would be glad to accept excess supplies from the Engineers that aren't needed for resuming various reactor functions. Meantime just give a shout if you encounter any more radiation.
