Well I believe by default we would all spend all of our points round 5, unless Drake wants to speak up, announce that he doesn't want that, and then you win, aa. But that'd also be a bit anticlimactic I do believe.

Hardly anticlimactic. That's half the point of this game, convincing other people to do what might not be the obvious choice.

Automatically playing all points doesn't make sense if this is a psychological game. This isn't an AI challenge.

Not to mention, this doesn't have to be the last Paradise Lost ;)

Ok so here's what's going to happen:

Drake_XIV is eliminated for inactivity.

antiaverage automatically wins the game because of winning Trial 5. The rule ambiguity about spending all points before round 5 could not have prevented Elbirn from winning the trial because antiaverage had more excess points after. Therefore antiaverage wins.

I will host a Trial 5.5 with the 3 remaining players and only 1 (or 0) players can win. If a player does win, then both that player and antiaverage will win Paradise Lost.

Trial 5.5: Mexican Standoff

For this trial, there will any number of rounds lasting one day each.

The 3 players are located in a diagram like this:
 

(Walls are present at the beginning of this trial)

Each round players will send a PM with an action and a target. There are 3 actions:
Shoot (target) - User will attempt to kill the target player. If there is a wall in the way, the bullet will bounce back and kill the user instead.
Build (target) - User builds a wall in between user and target player. If there is already a wall, nothing happens.
Destroy (target) - User destroys a wall in between user and target player. If there is no wall, nothing happens.

If you don't send in a PM, intentionally or unintentionally, you will take no action for that round.

Action order: Build->Destroy->Shoot.

Between any 2 players who send in actions: Build occurs first, then destroy, then shoot occurs last.
